Accessories
12V Cigarette Lighter Adapter Cable

Use this cable to power the Vyncs device with a 12V power supply, such as a cigarette lighter in your car. Please note the 12V Cigarette Lighter Adapter Cable only supports the tracking only build.

$29.99 per cable. If you do not have a Vyncs account then please send an email to sales@agnik.com to purchase this cable. If you are an existing Vyncs user then you may purchase it from within your Vyncs web account using the Upgrade menu option.

30 DAYS FREE RETURN PERIOD

If the Buyer decides to return the product for any reason and we receive the product in new condition within 30 days from the day of purchase then we will issue a full refund to your account minus any shipping cost charged during original purchase. Buyer pays for the return shipment to Agnik. If the device does not work as per specification and buyer decides to return the device, and we receive the device in 30 days from the date of purchase in new condition, shipping cost is also returned.

AFTER FIRST 30 DAYS

After 30 days from the day of purchase, Vyncs will repair or replace any defective product as decided by Vyncs upon a technical evaluation of the device as long as the account has an active subscription. If there is any technical reason for which Vyncs Technical Team decides that the product cannot be supported for a customer then Vyncs will provide a pro-rated refund to the account. Buyer will not get any refund for any product returned without obtaining prior authorization and RMA number or otherwise not covered by the warranty. Once the customer receives the RMA number for authorized device replacement, Vyncs will provide a free shipping label to the customer upon request.

WHEN DO I GET BILLED?

Vyncs, Vyncs Fleet, Vyncs Pro, Vyncs Premium, and VyncsMiles products by default come with 1 year of service. So if you would like to continue the service in the second year then you need to pay at the end of the first year in order to renew the services. You can renew your services from your Vyncs web account or the Vyncs app under the My Subscriptions menu option. The clock for the year of service starts from the date you receive the device. We keep the device active for 14 days beyond the annual deadline and provide you access to the renewal page during this period. If you have any question about renewal policy then please contact Vyncs Technical Support team. Just to let you know, we do not store any credit card information for products with annual plans such as Vyncs, Vyncs Fleet, Vyncs Pro, Vyncs Premium, and VyncsMiles. We are integrated with PayPal for executing all the financial transactions. If you have VyncsMo or VyncsFleet Monthly plan then you need to renew the services every month. For the monthly plans your credit card will be charged automatically every month.

MANAGE MY ACCOUNT

You can manage your subscription and settings from the Welcome USERNAME menu option inside your Vyncs web account. You can also do that from your Vyncs app.
